Under the Bhutto STEM Scholarship, selected students will receive the opportunity to study at Lady Margaret Hall, University of Oxford. Preference will be given to candidates pursuing disciplines in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

Talented and eligible candidates from Sindh are invited to apply for the scholarship. To qualify, applicants must meet Oxford University’s merit criteria and English language proficiency requirements. A portion of the scholarships will be reserved for female candidates under the Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Initiative, while scholarships on open merit will be awarded under the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Initiative.

The selection process for the Bhutto STEM Scholarship will be conducted jointly by the College Education Department, Government of Sindh, and the Oxford Pakistan Program. This ensures transparency, merit-based selection, and proper evaluation of candidates’ academic potential.

Officials stated that this scholarship program represents a significant step toward fostering academic excellence, innovation, and research skills among students of Sindh. By providing international-level exposure and financial support, the initiative is expected to motivate the next generation of scientists, engineers, and technology leaders.
