The scholarships are being offered for the academic year 2025-26 under the project ‘Provision of Higher Education Opportunities for Students of Balochistan and Erstwhile FATA (Phase-III), Batch-IV’. These scholarships cover all disciplines, giving students a chance to pursue their academic dreams.

Eligibility

Applicants must be under 22 years of age and possess a valid domicile or local certificate of Balochistan or erstwhile FATA. Deadlines

The last date to apply is October 20, 2025 (Monday), while the test for undergraduate scholarships is tentatively scheduled for November 16, 2025 (Sunday).

Key Highlights

Scholarships will be awarded on merit and district quota.

Applicants must score at least 50 percent in the HEC aptitude test.

Female students are strongly encouraged to apply.

Fields such as Medicine, Dentistry, and Allied Health Sciences are not included.

This initiative comes as HEC aims to ensure equal access to higher education for underprivileged areas, particularly focusing on Balochistan and FATA where opportunities are often limited.
