Education Minister Sikandar Hayat has announced the recruitment of 30,000 teachers in public schools across Punjab during summer vacations.

He said the recruitment of teachers in public schools will be carried out in phases.

“We will recruit 20,000 to 30,000 teachers, keeping in mind the needs of the schools. We will try to complete the recruitment process during the vacations,” he added.

KP announces summer vacations for colleges, universities

The Higher Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has announced summer vacations in all the colleges and universities of the province.

A notification has been issued in this regard according to which the vacations will be from June 15 to August 31 in all the plains of the province.

The notification states that the vacations will be held from July 1 to July 31 in the upper districts of the province.
