This highly competitive program offers outstanding Pakistani scholars the opportunity to pursue doctoral studies at top-ranked U.S. universities, advancing Pakistan’s human capital in cutting-edge fields.
Scholarships for top 300 QS world-ranked universities in the U.S.
The scholarship program targets Pakistan’s brightest minds who aspire to earn their PhDs from globally recognized institutions. Applicants can apply under two main categories:
- Top 50 QS ranked universities:
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Monthly living stipend
- Health insurance
- Full tuition fee coverage
- Rank 51–300 QS ranked universities:
- Financial support of up to USD 12,000 per year toward tuition
- Monthly stipend
- Health insurance
- Financial support of up to USD 12,000 per year toward tuition
This opportunity enables Pakistani scholars to gain access to world-class research facilities and academic mentorship, with the aim of bringing their expertise back to Pakistan for national development.

Application deadlines
Prospective PhD candidates must submit their applications according to the following deadlines:
