
The scheme, initiated by the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training and the Directorate General of Immigration and Passports, will allow students from Boards of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISEs) across the country to travel on official passports.
Eligibility and Requirements
As per the advisory, the chosen students would have to undergo some formalities prior to departure. These are:
· A medical certificate from a government hospital stating fitness for travel.
· Written permission from the parents or guardians.
· Two white shalwar kameez sets along with shoes, whereas a green blazer will be arranged by the ministry.
· One shoulder bag only; laptops and cameras are strictly not allowed.
· Advance submission of parents or guardians contact information.
The IBCC also instructed that local pick-and-drop costs will be borne by the concerned boards.

Submission Deadline
All BISEs are directed to forward the passports and documents of the selected students to the IBCC Secretariat in Islamabad by September 19, 2025, for further processing.
All Chairpersons of BISEs have been tasked with monitoring the smooth implementation of the program and guiding students at every step of the way.
