The Inter Board Committee of Chairmen (IBCC) has revolutionized degree verification and certificate attestation for students across Pakistan with its new online system. Now, students can complete verification or attestation of their academic documents in just three days, ensuring a fast, secure, and hassle-free experience.
Previously, the verification process was lengthy and complicated, requiring students to submit documents physically to boards, wait for confirmation, and then receive the attested certificates. Delays and logistical challenges were common, causing frustration among students pursuing higher education or applying abroad.

The upgraded IBCC portal allows students to create personal profiles, upload high-quality images of their certificates, and submit fees online. Documents are directly verified by the respective boards and sent to students’ addresses. Users can track the status of verification or attestation in real-time, and any delays or issues are immediately visible.
The platform covers all educational boards in Pakistan, including O/A-Level certificates, intermediate, and university degrees. Robust cybersecurity measures and advanced servers ensure that sensitive student data remains protected throughout the verification process.
Foreign students can also benefit from the online portal, submitting their documents and fees without traveling to Pakistan. The IBCC has emphasized that the system is user-friendly, transparent, and service-oriented, aiming to modernize Pakistan’s academic verification landscape and reduce administrative hurdles for students both locally and internationally.
