The FIR registered at the NCCIA Cyber Crime Reporting Centre, Islamabad, states that the accused groomed at least two minor boys. He reportedly recorded obscene videos and used them to blackmail the victims with public exposure.
Investigators revealed that the suspect also tried to access one child’s Instagram and WhatsApp accounts by requesting verification codes. The man allegedly created multiple accounts to trick children into online contact and exploit them. Evidence shows that he deliberately manipulated the victim over time to obtain explicit content.

Forensic analysis of the suspect’s mobile phone uncovered hundreds of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) files. Investigators also found communication with several WhatsApp numbers and an EasyPaisa account allegedly used to share and sell exploitative material, both inside Pakistan and abroad.
Further inquiries revealed the accused targeted another minor while impersonating a female on a separate Instagram account. He successfully acquired explicit content and illegally obtained a WhatsApp verification code linked to the child’s number.
Digital records from Meta Inc. confirmed that the fake accounts were linked to the suspect’s phone numbers, including one associated with a victim’s family. Data shows the accounts were operated from the suspect’s device and internet connection.
