Saad-ur-Rehman, known as Ducky Bhai has been granted bail in gambling app case against sureties of Rs. 1 million.
The ducky bhai’s case was heard by Justice Shahram Sarwar Chaudhry. During the hearing, the justice viewed the post arrest plea of Ducky Bhai.
Justice Shehram also noted that the Supreme Court has already held that denying bail in such cases is considered “unusual.”
After examine the details of case, the court approved the bail against sureties of Rs1 million, allowing him to be released with pending further legal proceedings.
The case was registered against Ducky Bhai by the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA), accusing hi for promoting gambling app through his online platforms.

Following his arrest, his legal team approached the Lahore High Court seeking bail, arguing that the allegations required further investigation.
The court’s decision provides temporary relief to the YouTuber, who will now continue to face the inquiry while on bail.
