KARACHI: Senior actress Saba Hameed has finally explained why she slapped Hiba Bukhari during a drama shoot, calling it a tough but professional choice.

Saba Hameed spoke about the incident on a recent comedy show, clarifying the viral moment from the drama Fitoor where she slapped Hiba Bukhari.

Saba Hameed said she usually avoids hitting co-actors for real, as most actors “cheat” camera angles to make slaps appear authentic.

“I slapped her and later apologized because it was quite hard. When you are asked to do it for real, you cannot cheat the shot,” she explained, adding that such moments are uncomfortable but purely professional.
