Senior TV host and analyst Mubasher Lucman have criticized popular host Fiza Ali and influencer Nabiha Ali Khan during a recent TV appearance, drawing strong reactions online. Lucman focused on what he sees as poor content and emotional conduct from both women.

Lucman was speaking as a guest when he sharply responded to the way Fiza Ali and Nabiha Ali Khan handled a segment on a Ramadan transmission.

The show had discussed Dr. Nabiha’s personal issues, including her marriage difficulties, and viewers saw Fiza Ali becoming emotional. Lucman called this type of television content a commercial act rather than sincere discussion.

In his remarks, Lucman said that some Ramadan transmissions use religion and emotion mainly to gain attention and make money.

He said calling Fiza Ali and Nabiha Ali Khan “fraud” was justified, arguing that such personalities should not lead serious religious or social talks when their behaviour appears more like entertainment than respectful conversation.

Lucman also criticized those who have experienced multiple divorces yet present themselves as relationship experts.
