(Web Desk): Pakistani actress Armeena Khan has opened up about her health struggles, revealing she spends some days in a wheelchair and others on crutches.

The injury? She said that she tore her meniscus during pregnancy but didn’t get proper treatment while navigating postpartum depression, the loss of a parent, cancer scares, and the challenges of new motherhood.

Initially, Armeena tried physiotherapy, which brought improvements, but ultimately, the injury required surgery.

She revealed that despite the pain, she accepted a small role in HUM TV’s Meri Tanhai, determined to feel normal.

She emphasized that some fans were supportive, but others criticized her appearance, weight, and the noticeable limp in certain scenes. She chose to focus on positive messages and ignore negativity online.

Now, Armeena said that she is preparing for knee surgery and is optimistic about her recovery. Sharing her story, she says, “I want to be authentic and honest about my journey. Some days are harder than others, but I am determined to get better.” She expressed gratitude to her supporters for their prayers and encouragement.
