According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association, the rate of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also decreased as it fell by Rs1,029 to Rs377,796 from Rs378,825. The price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold went down by Rs943 to Rs346,325.
In the international market, gold prices slipped by $12 to reach $4,207, adding further pressure on the local bullion market.

Meanwhile, silver showed a contrasting trend. Per tola silver increased by Rs265 to Rs6,367, while 10 grams of silver rose by Rs227 to Rs5,458. International silver rates also jumped by $2.65 to $60.95.
Gold is dropping again, and this change is affecting buyers and traders. The international market is also under pressure, which adds to the fall. Silver is rising at the same time, making the market more interesting. People may wait before buying gold because the trend is still uncertain.
