Why did gold fall again? New price hits Rs349,700 per tola

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk): The price of 24-karat gold per tola declined by Rs300, settling at Rs349,700 on Friday, down from Rs350,000 the previous day.
According to the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewelers Association, the rate of 10 grams of 24-karat gold fell by Rs257, now priced at Rs299,811, compared to Rs300,068. For 22-karat gold, 10 grams dropped by Rs236, reaching Rs274,836, down from Rs275,072.
On the other hand, silver prices rose, with per tola silver increasing by Rs16 to reach Rs3,417, and 10 grams silver gaining Rs14, now priced at Rs2,929.
In the international market, gold prices slipped by $3, now at $3,326 per ounce, while silver saw a slight increase of $0.16, reaching $32.55.
