(Web Desk): Toyota upgrades Fortuner and Revo with advanced features, including wireless connectivity and safety tech, without increasing prices.

Toyota Indus Motor Company (IMC) has announced major upgrades to its popular Fortuner and Revo cars in Pakistan. Marking 35 years of its operations in the country, IMC is offering some great enhancements with no additional cost. The ex-factory prices will remain unchanged, and deliveries for the updated models will begin from July 23.

The Fortuner GR-S variant now comes equipped with advanced safety features, including a Panoramic View Monitor (PVM), Blind Spot Monitor (BSM), and Rear Cross Traffic Alert (RCTA). These additions are expected to make driving safer and more convenient.

All Fortuner variants have also received significant infotainment upgrades. A new HD display powered by a faster 3-core processor promises a smoother experience. Additionally, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, along with fast charging support, have been introduced for enhanced connectivity and practicality.

The Revo GR-S variant also benefits from the Panoramic View Monitor, a useful addition for a pickup truck often used in varied driving conditions. Meanwhile, all Revo models share the infotainment improvements and connectivity upgrades now standard in the Fortuner range.

These updates are seen as a strategic move by Toyota to strengthen its position in the competitive SUV and pickup segments. By offering high-value features without raising prices, the company aims to boost customer satisfaction and market share.

With no immediate financial impact on consumers, industry analysts believe this refresh could positively influence sales and set a higher standard in the segment.
