The new schedule has come into immediate effect and will remain in place throughout the holy month.
According to the central bank’s announcement shared on X (formerly Twitter), public dealing hours from Monday to Thursday will be observed from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, while on Friday, banks will remain open for public dealing from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

SBP clarified that there will be no break during banking hours in Ramazan, and all banks will continue operations without interruption during the announced timings. The move aims to facilitate customers while ensuring smooth banking services during the fasting month.
The revised Ramazan bank schedule applies to all public and private sector banks, ensuring uniform banking hours nationwide. Customers are advised to plan branch visits and financial transactions accordingly to avoid inconvenience.
Banking experts say the adjusted timings are designed to accommodate both employees and customers during fasting hours while maintaining uninterrupted financial services.
