The much-anticipated interest-free loan scheme for the year 2024-25 is moving forward, with a lucky draw scheduled for April 11, 2025, at 2 PM at the Staff Training Institute in Peshawar, under the Benevolent Fund Cell.
This loan scheme is part of the KPK government s decision to offer loans on easy installments without any interest. Employees can use the loans to build homes or buy vehicles, motorcycles, or bicycles.
Here s the exciting part:
Grade 1 to 17 employees can apply for loans for house construction, motorcycles, and bicycles.
Grade 17 and above can get loans only for car purchases.
The loan amount ranges from Rs8,000 to Rs250,000, making it easier for employees to meet their personal needs without financial pressure.
And that’s not all!
KPK Finance Advisor Muzzammil Aslam also highlighted the Ehsaas Interest-Free Loan Scheme, aimed at supporting small businesses and home construction. Under this plan:
Loans will be provided for up to 5 years.
In the first year, up to Rs500,000 will be given.
The scheme is supported by Akhuwat Foundation, known for its charity-based financial programs.
Aslam said, “This is the first-of-its-kind project in Pakistan. It’s not just about money—it’s about creating jobs and ending poverty by empowering people.”
