Pakistan’s largest online learning initiative has opened enrolments for the second batch of its DigiSkills 3.0 Program, offering 300,000 seats on a first-come, first-served basis. The program allows anyone to register for free and choose two courses from a list of 16 options currently available. Registration is simple — just create an account on the DigiSkills website, select your courses, and start learning when Batch-02 begins in December 2025.
For those who enrolled in earlier batches, there’s no need to sign up again — simply log into the Learning Management System (LMS) and pick your next set of courses.
Program officials have urged learners to act quickly since all 300,000 seats are expected to fill up fast. Once capacity is reached, no additional slots will be offered.
The upgraded DigiSkills 3.0 aims to train three million Pakistanis over the next three and a half years, focusing on equipping youth with essential digital and freelancing skills. Backed by a Rs. 1.79 billion budget, the program now offers 25 diverse courses, up from 15 in the previous phase.

Since its launch in 2018, the DigiSkills program — a collaboration between Ignite and the Virtual University of Pakistan — has trained more than four million learners nationwide. Impressively, over 800,000 women have completed courses, marking a major step forward in women’s participation in the digital workforce.
With demand for online work and digital services continuing to grow, this could be your chance to join Pakistan’s rapidly expanding freelance community.
