Locally developed remote-control robot 'Haider Karrar' launched

(Web Desk): 'Haider Karrar,' the domestically developed remote-control robot, has been launched at the defense exhibition in Karachi.
The National Radio Telecommunication Corporation (NRTC) displayed a locally developed robot, Haider Karrar .
It resembles a small-sized combat tank, which is equipped with a deadly 7.62mm gun.
This state-of-the-art robot can be remotely deployed from a ground station to target objectives up to eight kilometers away. It has the capacity to carry 300-500 rounds of ammunition. “Haider Karrar is designed for modern warfare and tailored to meet military needs,” Head of Department at NRTC Rizwan Haider said.
Developed by a team of over 20 engineers at NRTC, this sophisticated robot has been designed with Pakistan s field environments in mind, making it an invaluable asset for the country s military.
