This comes after news that the CWI is set to turn down the Pakistan Cricket Board s (PCB) offer to modify the tour schedule. The PCB had wanted to change the ODI series into further T20 matches to improve preparation for future T20 tournaments such as the 2025 Asia Cup and the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup. The West Indies board, however, seems adamant about following through with the original schedule.
To encourage the sale of the T20Is, spectators can now avail a special promotion: buy one ticket, grab one free. Also individual ticket prices have been lowered by 50%. ODI ticket prices vary from $8 to $175.
White-Ball Series Schedule:
T20Is in Florida:
1. July 31
2. August 2
3. August 3
ODIs in Trinidad:
1. August 8
2. August 10
3. August 12
In the meantime, Pakistan s preparations are on. The 20-day PCB Skills Development Camp at the National Cricket Academy, Lahore, concluded on Friday in a 35-over scenario match. The camp started on June 16 and saw more than 40 male players focus on fitness and skill building.
PCB High Performance Director Aaqib Javed said the last stage centered on Pakistan Shaheens before their England tour, while previous stages were on interaction with national players. "These camps are important in bridging gaps—spin, pace, or wicketkeeping. You can t solve everything in a week, but this gives you the base," he stated.
Moreover, Pakistan will go on a tour of Bangladesh for the three-match T20I series from July 20 at the Shere-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium. The team lands in Dhaka on July 16, with the rest of the games on July 22 and 24—all at 5 PM PST
