(Web Desk) Soccer legend Cristiano Ronaldo earned $288 million and received gifts worth $208K in 2024 including a brand new car as he approaches the end of the year with Al-Nassr.

While the Saudi Arabian club fell short of winning a trophy in 2024, Ronaldo achieved significant personal milestones. In September, at the age of 39, he scored his 900th career goal, further solidifying his place among the greatest goal scorers in history.

Since joining Al-Nassr in January 2023, the club has consistently finished second in the Saudi Pro League, though this is not due to Ronaldo’s lack of scoring. In May, he set a new record for the most goals in a single Saudi Pro League season, with 35 goals. While Al-Nassr is currently 11 points behind the league leaders, Ronaldo and his teammates were recently gifted luxury BMWs, which added to his growing car collection.

This gesture is part of Al-Nassr’s sponsorship deal with Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors, the official BMW importer for the Middle East. As part of the partnership, electric charging stations were installed at the team’s training facilities. Ronaldo was seen proudly posing with his new Frozen Black BMW XM, which features a red metal grille and a personalized license plate. The same model was also given to his teammate, former Liverpool star Sadio Mane, and is valued at around $208,000. BMW has similar partnerships with Real Madrid and AC Milan. Though an expensive gift, Ronaldo’s impressive salary allows him to earn more than the car’s value in just seven hours.

According to Forbes, Ronaldo earned $288 million in 2024, which breaks down to $5.5 million per week and an impressive hourly rate of $31.6k. In just seven hours, he would make $221k, more than the cost of his new BMW.

The five-time Ballon d Or winner now has to make space in his collection for his latest addition, joining his Ferrari Purosangue and high-end vehicles from Lamborghini, Bugatti, Porsche, and Rolls-Royce. On social media, Al-Nassr shared: "Luxury meets football stars. Al-Nassr players behind the wheel of their BMWs."

So far this season, Ronaldo has scored 16 goals in 19 appearances. However, Al-Nassr faces a tough challenge to catch up with league leaders Al-Ittihad, who have won 12 of their 13 matches. Currently sitting fourth in the standings, Al-Nassr appointed former AC Milan manager Stefano Pioli in September. The team’s best hope for silverware this season may lie in the AFC Champions League, where they have already secured a spot in the round of 16 with games to spare
