(Web Desk): HBL has renewed its partnership with the Pakistan Super League (PSL), securing title sponsorship for the next two years.

During a press conference in Karachi, PSL Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer announced that HBL will continue its long-standing partnership with the PSL, marking another milestone for the country’s premier T20 league.

This deal valued 505% higher than the previous one, the biggest sponsorship jumps in the league’s history.

Naseer highlighted how far the league has come since its early days. “When PSL first launched, many people doubted its success. Only five parties trusted us enough to buy teams,” he recalled.

He said that despite challenges, including the COVID pandemic, PSL had grown stronger each year.

“Every original agreement has now expired, but the league’s value has multiplied,” he added.

The PSL CEO explained that after the completion of ten successful seasons, it was time to reassess the league’s market worth.

“HBL agreed to the new deal based on an independent valuation, which shows a 505% increase from the earlier contract,” he revealed proudly.

This new agreement not only extends HBL’s commitment but also reflects the growing commercial power and global recognition of Pakistan’s premier cricket tournament.
