Web Desk: A viral clip shows Pakistani host and comedian Tabish Hashmi mocking Pakistan’s defeat against India in a way that made audiences laugh and think at the same time.

During his TV show, Tabish Hashmi reacted to Pakistan’s heavy loss to India in the T20 World Cup with sharp humor. Instead of anger, he used satire to troll the national team, the Indian side, and even cricket officials.

In the viral video, he says, “News is something unexpected. What happens every time is not news, and today was one of those days.” The line drew loud applause from the studio audience.

He added that analysts on his previous show had predicted certain results, and exactly the same happened. According to him, nothing surprising took place, which made the defeat even more ironic.

Tabish then joked about India beating Pakistan, saying the excitement shown back home was amusing. He sarcastically addressed the Indian team and board, saying, “You might think we are sad, but that is your mistake. We are used to it now. Nothing happened to us.”
