LAHORE: (Suno News) The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released the schedule for the 2025 Champions Trophy.

The prestigious tournament will begin on February 19 and conclude on March 9, 2025. For the first time, the matches will be held under a partnership formula between Pakistan and Dubai.

A total of eight teams will compete in the event, with 15 matches scheduled in total. In Group A, Pakistan, India, New Zealand, and Bangladesh will face off, while Group B consists of South Africa, Australia, Afghanistan, and England.

The opening match of the Champions Trophy will be held on February 19 in Karachi between Pakistan and New Zealand. Pakistan s second match will take place on February 23 in Dubai against India at a neutral venue. The third match for Pakistan will be played in Rawalpindi on February 27.

The semi-final matches will be held on March 4 and 5, and the final will take place on March 9, 2025. The tournament will be hosted across four cities: Lahore, Karachi, Rawalpindi, and Dubai.

This tournament is expected to captivate global cricket fans, particularly the much-anticipated Pakistan vs. India match, which has always been a major focal point of attention.
