Babar, Afridi, Haris, and Naseem expected to miss New Zealand tour
LAHORE: (Web Desk) Senior players are reportedly considering taking a break ahead of Pakistan's upcoming white-ball series in New Zealand.

According to sources familiar with the matter, some players are likely to opt out of the tour, scheduled from March 16 to April 5, The tour includes five T20Is and three ODIs.

The decision follows concerns over the team s performance in the Champions Trophy, where several players underperformed.

In light of the dissatisfaction with recent performances, discussions about potential changes in the selection committee, team management, and the white-ball squad have gained momentum. Reports indicate that key players, including Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, Naseem Shah, and Babar Azam, could face exclusion.

Sources reveal that some team members are worried about being dropped due to their disappointing performances, and high-ranking officials within the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are reportedly unhappy with the results.
