
According to the Meteorological Department, most areas of the country will remain dry, however, cold temperatures are expected to intensify in the northern hilly regions during the night and early morning hours.
In Islamabad and its surrounding areas, partially cloudy weather is expected. Rain with thunder and lightning is predicted in Murree, Galyat, and nearby areas, while Gujrat, Gujranwala, Rawalpindi, Chakwal, Jhelum, Talagang, and Mianwali may also experience rain with thunder and lightning.
Additionally, rain is expected in areas such as Dera, Swat, Shangla, Haripur, Mansehra, Abbottabad, Charsadda, Nowshera, Peshawar, Kohat, Karak, Bajaur, Kurram, and Malakand.
In most districts of Balochistan, the weather will remain dry, with partial cloud cover expected in the northern districts. The weather in most areas of Sindh will remain dry, although heat will persist in the lower parts of the province.
In Karachi, temperatures are expected to rise to 35°C, with the current temperature recorded at 26°C. The humidity level in Karachi has reached 80%, with winds blowing from the west at 10 km/h. The city s pollution levels have also increased, making Karachi the fifth most polluted city.
