LAHORE: (Web Desk) The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has predicted that the last ten days of Ramazan will remain hot.

Deputy Director of the Meteorological Department, Irfan Virk, stated that by the end of this week, the temperature in Islamabad is expected to reach up to 30 degrees centigrade.

In Southern Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan, the temperature could be 6-7 degrees higher than usual. The Meteorological Department also expects western winds, which bring rain, to enter Pakistan by the end of March.

Meanwhile, the second decade of Ramazan will conclude today. In mosques across the country, millions of people will observe Aitkaf  today, with preparations fully completed.

Arrangements for Aikaf have been made at Faisal Mosque and other mosques in Islamabad, with over 600 individuals expected to observe Aitkaf at Faisal Mosque today.

The Faisal Mosque administration has stated that no fee has been charged from those observing Aitkaf this year, and stalls have been set up within the mosque premises for them. Additionally, special arrangements for Qiyam-ul-Lail (night prayers) have been made at Faisal Mosque for the last ten days of Ramazan.
