LAHORE (Web Desk): Former prime minister Imran Khan cannot see, said Aleema Khan, demanding immediate access for his personal doctors at Adiala Jail.

Speaking to the media near Dahgal checkpoint close to Adiala Jail, Aleema Khan, sister of Imran Khan, claimed that the former premier has sent a message saying he cannot see and needs medical attention.

Aleema said the family was not allowed to meet him again. She alleged that Imran Khan is being kept in solitary confinement and that their repeated requests for a meeting have been denied.

According to her, Imran Khan has asked that his personal doctors be given access to examine him. She said the family will not trust any medical report unless it comes from his own doctors.

“Our demand is that Imran Khan’s complete medical check-up should be conducted in the presence of family members and his personal doctors,” she stated. She added that until he is shifted to a hospital and properly examined, they will not believe official claims.

Dr Uzma, another sister of Imran Khan, questioned why any illness is being hidden. She said if there is a medical issue, it should be brought forward openly instead of being concealed.

The authorities have not yet issued a detailed public response to these claims.

The situation has raised fresh concerns among supporters about Imran Khan’s health and prison conditions. Political circles are closely watching the developments, as any serious medical issue could have wider implications.

This statement has increased tension around Imran Khan’s health. The family wants transparency. If medical access is not granted, controversy may grow. The coming days could be important for both legal and political developments.
