Officials explained that the recruitment procedure in all government departments has been fully reshaped, and hiring for every post will strictly pass through the Educational Testing and Evaluation Agency.
A notification by the Livestock, Fisheries and Cooperative Department stated that the hiring processes already underway must also be immediately shifted to “ETEA” without delay.
The notification added that if any department needs to recruit without “ETEA”, it must secure special approval from the Secretary. All offices have been directed to cooperate with “ETEA” for job advertisements, written tests, interviews, schedules, and final results.

Departments have also been instructed to submit a detailed report within seven days after completing the required coordination steps.
This is a big step by the KP government. They want to make hiring more organised and controlled. Moving all posts to “ETEA” will change how people apply for jobs. Many applicants will wait to see if this new system works smoothly.
