According to NADRA, this large-scale recruitment and expansion plan across Sindh aims to enhance service delivery and meet the growing demand for registration services across the province. The authority plans to recruit staff in five districts of Karachi and nine districts of interior Sindh.
Candidates must have at least an Intermediate qualification (FA/FSc or equivalent) and should be no older than 25 years. The recruitment process will begin on November 3, 2025, through walk-in interviews—no online application is required. Applicants can directly appear at designated NADRA offices for interviews.
Essential documents for interviews include original educational certificates, CNIC, domicile, and an updated CV. The list of districts and interview locations is available on NADRA’s official website under the careers section at www.nadra.gov.pk
In addition, NADRA has announced the purchase of land in Mirpur Khas, Jhudo, Thatta, Sujawal, and Jamshoro to establish new regional and district offices. The expansion aims to make registration services more accessible and reduce workload at existing centers.
Officials said this dual initiative not only strengthens NADRA’s administrative capacity but also creates new employment opportunities for youth across Sindh.
NADRA’s recruitment and expansion plan reflects a growing focus on digital governance and public service access in Pakistan. By opening new offices and offering fresh jobs, the authority is addressing both unemployment and service delays. Analysts view this as a positive step toward improving national registration efficiency and boosting trust in government institutions.
