ISLAMABAD: (Web Desk) Former member of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Sheer Afzal Marwat has raised the slogan "Mujhe kyun nikala" (Why Was I removed?).

The remark sparked laughter in the National Assembly.

During the National Assembly session, Sheer Afzal Marwat entered the house through the government gate instead of the opposition gate. Upon his arrival, government members applauded him by thumping desk.

During the question-answer session, when the Speaker of the National Assembly asked about supplementary questions regarding the merger of mobile companies, Sheer Afzal Marwat responded, saying that his only question at the moment was to his own people, "Why was I removed?"

His question prompted laughter from treasury benches, while opposition members remained silent.

It is noteworthy that at this moment, government members also supported Sheer Afzal Marwat, raising slogans such as "Why Was Marwat removed?" and “Oppressors, answer us!” “Give Marwat justice!”

During the session, PML-N leader Hanif Abbasi, in a lighthearted manner, told Sheer Afzal Marwat, "We are with you, and we will help send you back to PTI."
