As per the details, Rauf Hassan was released from Adiala Jail after his robkar (release order) was received by the jail authorities. The release order was issued by an anti-terrorism court (ATC).

It is to be noted here that an Islamabad ATC granted bail to PTI leader Rauf Hasan in the case of arms smuggling and funding to terrorists.

ATC judge Tahir Abbas Sipra issued a written judgement to approve Rauf Hassan’s bail plea after the completion of arguments in the case.
