According to sources, former Prime Minister Imran Khan has decided to take action against those who skipped the vote on 26th Constitutional Amendment.

As per sources, Imran instructed the party s senior leadership to initiate the expulsion of the absentee lawmakers.

The lawmakers who failed to vote on the 26th constitutional amendment include Senator Faisal Saleem, Zain Qureshi, Senator Zarqa Suharwardy, Miqdad Ali Khan, Aslam Ghuman, Riyaz Fatyana, Aurangzeb Khichi, Zahoor Qureshi, Usman Ali and Mubarak Zaib.

Zain Qureshi has been granted an exemption from expulsion.

Earlier, PTI had issued show-cause notices to several of these members, including Aslam Ghuman, Riyaz Fatyana, Zain Qureshi and Miqdad Ali Khan, for not participating in the voting process.
