According to the report, authorities said that Akhtar Mengal was offloaded from a private airline flight to Dubai.

Officials said that Akhtar Mengal was prevented from traveling to Dubai because his name was in the Provisional National Identification List (PNIL).

In this regard, Sardar Akhtar Mengal says that I was travelling to Dubai and was offloaded.

I was traveling to Dubai from Quetta was off loaded Immigration staff informed that my name has been put in provisional national identification list (PNIL)

In a statement released on the social networking website X, he said that immigration staff informed him that his name was on the Provisional National Identification List.
