According to FIA sources, the arrests were made following a complaint filed by Arob Jatoi, wife of YouTuber Saadur Rehman, widely known as Ducky Bhai. The accused officers are currently in FIA custody and are expected to be presented before the Lahore District Court today.
As per the First Information Report (FIR), the officers allegedly took Rs9 million in bribes from Ducky Bhai’s family to secure relief in an ongoing case. The document claims that former investigation officer Shoaib Riaz accepted Rs6 million to obtain leniency and an additional Rs3 million to influence judicial outcomes. Of this amount, Rs5 million was allegedly handed over to Additional Director Sarfaraz Chaudhry through an intermediary.
The FIR further states that Shoaib Riaz kept Rs2 million for himself while distributing the remaining funds among senior NCCIA officers. The accused are charged with misusing their official positions for personal financial gain, violating the integrity of their office.

More names have surfaced in the widening corruption probe, including Deputy Director Operations Usman and Deputy Director Ayaz Khan, along with seven other NCCIA officials.
The corruption scandal has exposed alleged systemic misconduct within the cybercrime agency, as another kidnapping case involving Deputy Director Usman was recently registered in Islamabad.
FIA officials confirmed that the arrested officers will be presented before the court today, where Barrister Mian Ali Ashfaq is expected to represent the accused. Sources suggest that more arrests are likely as the FIA deepens its investigation into the internal bribery and corruption network within the NCCIA.
