According to ISPR statement, the operation was launched after reports surfaced regarding the presence of militants linked to the Indian-backed proxy group Fitna al-Khwarij, also known as the outlawed Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).
“During the operation, security forces effectively engaged the terrorists’ location, and after an intense fire exchange, seven Indian-sponsored terrorists were sent to hell,” the military’s media wing said.
Security forces also recovered a cache of weapons, ammunition and explosives from the slain terrorists. The ISPR noted that these militants were actively involved in multiple terrorist attacks and subversive activities across the region.
Following the encounter, sanitisation operations were launched in the surrounding areas to eliminate any remaining terrorists and secure the region from future threats.

“The security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe out the menace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country,” the ISPR statement added, reaffirming the nation’s resolve to bring the perpetrators of violence to justice.
The latest operation comes amid a series of counter-terrorism measures in Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where Pakistani forces have intensified their efforts to dismantle terrorist networks backed by foreign elements.
