(Web Desk): Ramadan 2026 date is expected to fall somewhere between February 18 and February 20 as per astronomical forecasts.

The waiting for Ramadan maintains Muslims motivated throughout the entire year, as the sacred month represents religious rebirth, self-control, and spiritual closeness to Allah (SWT). It is a month of fasting, perseverance, and contemplation.

In Pakistan, the essence of Ramadan is simply unexplainable. From the colorful streets with food stalls at iftar to the congested mosques for Taraweeh prayers, every second showcases unity and piety. In Dubai and throughout the UAE, the holy month is likely to begin on Thursday, February 19, according to calculations by the Emirates Astronomy Society. Specialists point out that the new moon will be visible on Tuesday, February 17, at 4:01 PM but will set only a minute after sunset—rendering it impossible to see that night. Therefore, the first fast is expected on February 19, pending formal announcement.

Interestingly, Ramadan 2026 will fall during the early spring season, with moderate weather and even the possibility of light rain showers. This nice climate is likely to make the holy month even more serene and spiritually uplifting for Muslims all over the world.
