According to officials, the program will fully fund selected students to study at the top 200 universities worldwide, including Ivy League institutions. The scholarship will cover 100% of tuition fees, a monthly stipend, health insurance, and an annual return air ticket.
On average, the government will spend Rs16.5 million per student, with a total of 800 students supported over the next four years. The initiative will cost the provincial government around Rs13 billion.
The scheme includes funding for MS, Masters, MPhil, training, and exchange programs, ensuring diverse opportunities for academic growth and global exposure.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have completed at least 16 years of education.
- A minimum CGPA of 3.5 is required.
- Only students with a Punjab domicile are eligible.
- No age limit has been set for applicants.
- Selection will be based strictly on merit.

- Verified academic transcripts and degree certificates (16 years of education minimum).
- Proof of CGPA (minimum 3.5).
- Valid CNIC/B-Form.
- Admission/offer letter (if applicable).
