PTI defers Tarnol rally due to NOC cancellation

ISLAMABAD: (Suno News) Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has deferred the party’s rally, which was scheduled to be held at Tarnol today, due to the cancellation of the non-objection certificate (NOC).
While addressing a press conference, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said: “We have always resorted to the law, that’s why we have filed a petition in the Islamabad High Court (IHC) today. We had announced that we will hold a public meeting according to the law.”

He added, “Our workers were optimistic about the meeting. Our meeting was for the supremacy of law. No political process can be completed without the PTI founder. We have decided in the political committee to defer the public meeting today.”
