The hearing was chaired by ATC Judge Abul Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain. Bushra Bibi’s legal team, consisting of advocates Anser Kiyani and Shamsa Kiyani, appeared before the court.

Her lawyers requested an exemption from her personal appearance and asked for permission to include her in the investigation while she remains in jail. They also requested that the court instruct the investigation officer (IO) to question her in prison.

The judge assured the lawyers that the court s order would include provisions for her interrogation.

The court has extended Bushra Bibi’s interim bail until April 28 in the Secretariat Police Station case and April 29 in the Karachi Company Police Station case.
