Quetta (Web Desk): Balochistan Chief Minister Srafarz Bugti said “won’t surrender even an inch” after security forces killed 145 terrorists in 40 hours during coordinated attacks across Balochistan.

Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti confirmed that at least 145 terrorists were killed across the province after militants linked to the banned Balochistan Liberation Army launched coordinated attacks in 12 towns.

Addressing a press conference in Quetta, Bugti said 17 security personnel and 31 civilians embraced martyrdom during the violence that spread across several districts.

The attacks were carried out by terrorists affiliated with India-sponsored Fitna al-Hindustan. Civilians were targeted in Quetta, Mastung, Nushki, Dalbandin, Kharan, Panjgur, Tump, Gwadar, and Pasni.

Bugti revealed that the bodies of 145 terrorists were now in government custody. He said terrorists in Gwadar martyred five women and three children from a Baloch family belonging to Khuzdar.

Strongly criticizing hostile elements, the chief minister said these groups were trying to destabilize Pakistan at the behest of India. He questioned whether the BLA was a registered political party that could be engaged in talks.

Bugti said the group wanted to impose its ideology through weapons and violence. He made it clear that the government would not surrender, even for a moment.

“We will not surrender… they [terrorists] can destabilize but cannot take a single inch of our country,” CM Bugti said.

Declaring that “our blood is not cheap,” he warned that those behind the attacks would not escape. He said the land would be turned into hell for terrorists.

The chief minister stressed that Balochistan would be taken towards peace. He rejected claims of widespread force and said only small, intelligence-based and targeted operations were carried out.
