MG has finally announced the official MG U9 price in Pakistan after showcasing the pickup at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAPS) 2025 last month.

Earlier, the company had surprised many by opening bookings at a massive Rs8000000, which MG has now confirmed is strictly non-refundable for all customers. A new circular sent to dealerships outlines the full pricing of the much-awaited pickup.

According to the details, the Explore Pro (Standard) variant of the MG U9 carries a price tag of Rs22749000, while the Explore Pro + Smart Hatch Option variant is priced at Rs23949000. Both figures are ex-factory, and freight charges will be added based on the buyer’s location.

MG says customers must clear the remaining payment 30 days before delivery, with the company estimating delivery within 90 to 100 days after booking. This timeline makes it one of the quicker deliveries in the premium pickup segment.

The MG U9 is a full-size pickup, powered by a 2.5-liter turbo diesel engine that produces 215 horsepower and 384 lb-ft of torque. It comes with an 8-speed automatic transmission, four-wheel drive, and a locking rear differential, giving it strong off-road credentials.

In terms of dimensions, the U9 measures 5510 mm in length, 2010 mm in width, and 1880 mm in height—placing it in the same size category as popular international mid-size pickups but at a much higher price point in the local market.
