The University of Gothenburg has opened applications for the Axel Adler Scholarship 2026, offering full tuition coverage to international students seeking admission in selected Bachelor’s and Master’s programs.

The scholarship, considered one of the university’s most competitive awards, is available to students who are required to pay tuition fees in Sweden. According to the university, applicants must first submit their study applications through this linkuniversityadmissions.se by 15 January 2026, while the application fee must be cleared by 2 February 2026.

The award covers only the tuition fee and is paid directly to the university. It does not apply to online-only programs, although courses with temporary distance-learning components remain eligible.
