Pakistan offers 4,500 scholarships for afghan students

Pakistan's Special Representative for Afghanistan Mohammad Sadiq announced the launch of the second tranche of the third phase of the Allama Iqbal Scholarships Programme for Afghan students.

This phase will provide 4,500 scholarships over the next three years, offering fully funded opportunities in fields such as medicine, engineering, agriculture, and more, for undergraduate, postgraduate, and PhD studies. Sadiq shared this information on X.

Over 22,000 applicants are expected to take an online test this month, after which interviews will be conducted for final selection. The entire selection process will be completed within 45 days. Sadiq also mentioned that 33% of the scholarship seats are allocated for female students.
