Marriyum asks Bilawal to avoid ridiculing political leaders

LAHORE: (Suno News) Former federal minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Marriyum Aurangzeb has said, “Bilawal Bhutto should speak civilly. He is reminding the nation of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder. He should avoid ridiculing political leaders.”

While talking to the media, she said that Bilawal Bhutto’s language was regrettable, adding “He was with us as foreign minister. He should talk based on performance.”

She further said, “Bilawal has recently come to Punjab. He has not seen the projects of PML-N in Punjab. The PML-N is competing with those who have submitted nomination papers to the election commission.”

She added, “Our competition is with political parties as well as inflation. Nawaz Sharif will provide relief to the people.”

On the other hand, PML-N leader Azma Bukhari said, “South Punjab is used in the election like a political card. Even when the PPP came into government, it did not create a province. The PML-N does not want the division of Punjab. There is no objection if different units are formed for common man’s interest.”

She stated, “It is inappropriate to target the PML-N. The new parliament will decide whether there should be new administrative units in Punjab or not. There are more problems in Sindh than in Punjab.”
