For this purpose, exercises are also done, but the most important thing is the breakfast that is eaten as soon as one wakes up from sleep. A healthy breakfast keeps the body energetic and active.

Whole Grains:

Whole grains include grains like oatmeal, barley, and millet, which provide a great source of carbohydrates. They are also rich in fiber which aids digestion and helps maintain energy levels. Whole grain bread or adding them to milk can be a great source of energy. These foods also help stabilise blood sugar levels.

Fruits and Nuts:

Fruits: Bananas are a great and easily accessible source of natural sugars, carbohydrates, and potassium. Also, berries such as blueberries or strawberries are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber. The natural sugars in them can meet your body’s sugar demand in a healthy way.

Nuts: Almonds, walnuts, or other nuts are full of healthy fats, protein, and fiber. They provide stable energy. Eating them plain or after mixing them with other foods like yogurt or oatmeal can double the benefits.

Protein-rich foods:

Protein-rich foods include eggs and yogurt. Eggs are an excellent source of protein. They contain essential components that help in energy production. Eating scrambled eggs, omelets, or boiled eggs for breakfast is very beneficial.

Similarly, yogurt is rich in protein and also acts as a probiotic for gut health. Eat it mixed with fruit or nuts for added flavor and texture.
