Gold prices increase by Rs300 per tola
KARACHI (Suno News) The fluctuating gold market on Saturday experienced an increase of Rs300 per tola, with the price of 24-karat gold reaching Rs215,300 per tola.
Last trading day, it was selling at Rs215,000. The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by Rs257 to Rs184,585 from Rs184,328 whereas the prices of 10 gram 22 karat gold went up to Rs169,203 from Rs168,976, stated the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The price of per tola and 10 gram Silver remained stagnant at Rs2,600 and Rs2,2229.08 respectively. Meanwhile, the rate of gold in the international market increased by $5 to $2,050 from $.2,045.
Yesterday, gold market witnessed a big rise of Rs1,300 when 24-karat gold reached Rs215,000 per tola.
Meanwhile, International Monetary Fund (IMF) has issued a report on Pakistan’s economic situation saying that it is improving, and there is a possibility of 2 percent GDP growth rate for Pakistan.
The IMF report mentioned that the country’s foreign exchange reserves have increased from 4.5 to 8.2 billion dollars, and Pakistan’s economy is on the right track from July 2023. Pakistan has achieved all the targets for economic improvement from July to September, stressing that reforms in the energy sector are needed in Pakistan.
