
According to sources, inquiries are underway on complaints of fraud through online trading and gambling apps against the accused. YouTuber Rajab Butt and Iqra Kanwal have been summoned to appear at the NCCIA Lahore office on September 9.
The NCCIA stated that the accused are alleged to have encouraged young people to invest in online gambling applications. They are also accused of promoting online gambling investments through social media platforms.
Officials say that Rajab Butt and Iqra Kanwal promoted investments in unregistered and unlicensed apps. Rajab Butt is further accused of designing schemes to loot the hard-earned money of victims.
The NCCIA warned that if Rajab Butt and Iqra Kanwal fail to appear on September 9, unilateral legal action may be initiated against them.
Additionally, the National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency has issued a second summons notice to TikToker Muhammad Anas Ali, who has also been called to appear at the NCCIA Lahore office on September 9 at 11:00 AM.

The NCCIA stated that if Anas Ali does not comply with the summons, unilateral legal action will be taken. Muhammad Anas Ali is accused of financial fraud through online trading and gambling apps, and of actively encouraging youth to invest in such platforms.
According to officials, the accused also faces allegations of promoting gambling investments via social media, and of designing schemes to defraud victims of their hard-earned money.
