In reality, the Rajpal Yadav bail claims are false. The actor is still in jail in connection with a cheque bounce and insolvency-related case. The video being shared online has no link to his current legal situation.

Reports confirm that the clip is several years old and was recorded when Rajpal was reacting to Salman Khan receiving bail in an unrelated case. Despite this, misinformation about Rajpal Yadav bail continues to spread rapidly online.

Recently, the Delhi High Court heard Rajpal’s plea but rejected it, questioning his repayment commitments.

His manager has stated that a significant portion of the disputed amount has already been paid, while negotiations with the concerned producer are still ongoing. As of now, Rajpal Yadav bail has not been approved.
