The Dr Fazeela Abbasi money laundering case was heard by a bench headed by Justice Muhammad Azam Khan. During the hearing, Dr Fazeela Abbasi appeared along with her lawyer Naeem Bukhari, who argued that she had followed all court orders.
In the Dr Fazeela Abbasi money laundering case, the lawyer told the court that she missed only one hearing due to illness and had submitted a three-day medical certificate. He said cancelling her bail earlier was not justified.
After hearing arguments, the court approved bail to Dr Fazila again, setting a surety bond of Rs100,000 and directing her to appear before the trial court for further proceedings.
