Speaking with guest Renee Rapp, Poehler, 53, admitted that she finds it unattractive when men perform physically flexible moves like splits or backflips.

“I don’t like men doing splits,” she said. “I don’t enjoy flexible men. It’s just not my thing.”

Renee echoed the sentiment, mentioning how she dislikes men doing flips and backflips. Poehler agreed, calling such moves “goofy gymnastics” that simply don’t appeal to her.

The conversation took a nostalgic turn when Poehler recalled watching The Outsiders, the 1983 film featuring a young Tom Cruise. She confessed that although she initially thought he was “cool,” one particular moment changed everything.

“He does a backflip in the movie, and I was like, ‘Mmm, no,’” she said with a laugh. “He lost it for me right then.”

Poehler emphasised that her opinion is purely personal, but her comments have sparked plenty of reaction online, especially from fans of both the comedian and Cruise.
